INSIDE (Integrative Research Unit on Social and Individual Development), a former research unit of the Faculty of Language and Literature, Humanities, Arts and Education (FLSHASE) at the University of Luxembourg, was founded in 2006 with the aim of pooling existing research capacities to study demographic and social change in a multidisciplinary way and from a life course perspective. It was substituted in 2020 by departments (e.g. the Department of Social Sciences) within the Faculty of Humanities, Education and Social Sciences (FHSE).
